I have Windows Vista and Word. I have installed the WNC add in from above.
It is in the directory Program Files\ Refworks

In Word, the Add-Inn ribbon has a Refworks WNC ‘Menu Commands’ and ‘Custom
Toolbars’ option available  but when either of these is clicked nothing
happens.

Choosing  MS Office, Word Options:-
Refworks.dot is in the active list with location
C:\Users\name\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Word\STARTUP\Refworks.dot and type
Template.

I have checked that this is the Word Start up file location.

SO now I'm stuck any one with a idea please?

Check with the support for the add-in as it is probably incompatible with
your version of Office.

Sorry I didn't mention that but the Co states it is and indeed I know of
others that are using it with no problem.
