MS Office Forum / Word / Word Errors / May 2008I CAN'T LOAD MY WORD DOCUMENT
why does every time i load my files that usally open in word i get a blank grey page, where have my files gone. please help. What version of Word and OS? Do you have an up to date printer driver installed? Are you trying to run Word in Windows compatibility mode? What happens if you start Word in Safe Mode? from Start, Run type in winword /a and press enter. Does Word open documents correctly now?
