We have a situation whereas we are using the mail merge feature in word to
create mailing labels and they are not printing properly. The original
mailing list was created in excel with the zip codes in a separate column
formatted specifically for zip codes. Now some of the zip codes there are
Canadian zip codes that start with a zero.  They show up fine in the the .xls
worksheet but do not transfer over to the label template in Word when we
complete the mail merge.
Any ideas????

You'll need a numeric picture switch to format the ZIP codes. See
