MS Office Forum / Word / Word Errors / November 2003highlight and delete not working
On my computer the delete key no longer deletes highlighted text in Word. It does so in other programs (Powerpoint, Wordperfect), and works in word one letter at a time but not if text highlighted. Rebooting does nothing. Any ideas? Word 2002 running on windows 2000. On the General tab of Tools | Options, clear the check boxes for both items that refer to WordPerfect. -- Suzanne S.
