Word document crashes

I have the same problem as Doug who wrote on 11/29/2003 at 7:50 PST.  Everytime I try to exit Word it crashes.  I also have sent numerous reports but no help either.

Don't make folks go searching back through old posts. Either post into that
old thread, or actually detail the problem and include details of your Word
and Windows versions, whetehr you have installed service apck updates etc.
If you want help, make it easier for others to help you.

Crash reports are anonymous and simply provide technical statistics. You
will never get a response from those.
