I had been using Word without problem.

Now when I try to use Word either an existing doc or a new
blank page is displayed together with the title line and
ruler. There is no Menu bar or Tool bar.

I can find references to hiding/restoring the Tool bar but
not the Menu bar. As I have no Menu bar displayed I have
tried keyboard commands they dont work. I have even
tried "Repair" and "Re-install" of Word from my original
diskette and although it says it has worked ok the same
problem remains.
