Navigate to
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\STARTUP and
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE10\STARTUP
and make sure they are both empty

Uninstall/Reinstall Acrobat 6. As Office wasn't installed at the time you
installed Acrobat, Acrobat would not have know of it and would not have
installed the macros and add-in.
