When I open Word 2000 I get a GPF "WINWORD has caused a
general protection falut in module HPFWIN16.dll"

I have tried uninstalling and re-installing Office 2000
and still get the same error.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Bill

Hi Bill,

HPFWIN16.dll indicates your printer driver. Obtain an updated driver
from the HP web site and see if that resolves the problem.
