Word quit unexpectedly

I have a problem with a Ms Word 2000 (9.03821 sr-1)
running on a PC in a Ms Windows 2000 Professional network.
Ms Word quit unexpectedly after 4 second of being openned.
There is no message of error. The rest of the Office suit
works with no problem.

I've re-install Office 2000 and changed the normal.dot but
the problem persists on that PC. Does anyone know how to
fix the problem?
