hen I attempt to open, save, print preview or print the
prograqm locks up and I have to power down. Bottom of
screen says "requesting virus scan". Would appreciate any
help I can get. Please E-Mail to me if possible.

Have tried scandisk, defrag, sys config, sys restore with
no luck..
