Has anyone tried the "support from a professional" link on
the MS help site for $35?  I'm desperate!  It would be
worth it to me, as broke as I am, if it works- but I don't
know how reliable it is.

Don't know anything about the link you are referring to, but in my
experience, you'll have a hard time beating the help you get here for free,
so long as you can wait a bit for an answer.

Thanks for the link. I thought it was for Microsoft Support. :-)

Let's just say there is a reason the link to the newsgroups is right
below the $35 email support link. ;-)
