MS Office Forum / Word / Word Errors / July 2004Windows XP w/ Word 97 Error message when opening Word
Everytime I open a pre-existing document with any Office program such as Access, Excel, Word and so on I receive an error message stating that C://..../THE FILE NAME.doc is being used. Do you want to make a copy? Why does this happen and how do I fix it? I have a Dell Dimension 4600C, if that matters. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
