Word 2003 Cant create 2nd page

Hello
Hope you can help.

I have word open and once I fill a page with text it stops and does
not go to the next pages. Just started happening. Using in print
view.
Did a "repair" reinstall still have probs.
Old docs are OK, just with new docs.

HELP!

Go to Format | Columns and make sure the number of columns is set to 1. If
you find it set to anything greater than 1, you will need to correct this in
Normal.dot to affect all new documents; see
