Running Word 2000 on Windows XP.  While reading email on
Outlook Express, I received an error message from MS.  I
clicked on 'print screen' to copy message onto Word
before sending the error report.  Going to Word, I
printed off the message and picture and exited Word.  Now
every time I go to Word the error message reappears.  I
have tried highlighting and then deleting and or
cutting.  I have even deleted the Word program and
reinstalled and it still comes back every time I enter
Word.  I can delete and then use the page but it is
annoying to have to do that.  What is the solution?  Help
