Not all tools work on the Word Web Tools toolbar withing MS Office
Professional Edition 2003. When using MS Word and attempting to use the
scroll tool the following appears: “This object was created in MARQUEE. This
application is not available to open this object. Make sure the application
is properly installed, and that it has not been deleted, moved or renamed.”
Reinstallation of the program did not fix the problem. I have SP2 installed
in Windows XP. Please fix.

I have read that it is a known problem and Microsoft is working on it. They
say it is the SP@. Just like Microsoft to put out something that messes
everything else up.

This is a security issue. See “Application is not available” error messages
