Illegal Operation error immediately upon open

Whenever I open MSWord, I get the following error. It
worked fine until now.

WINWORD caused an invalid page fault in
module VBE6.DLL at 017f:650ebeb3.

I have installed both Service packs 2 & 3 with no luck.
Anyone have any ideas? All other applications within the
Office 2000 Professional SR1 work fine still.
