We are upgrading from Office 97 to Office XP. We plan to
upgrade right over Office 97.

Through our initial testing, we discovered the Macro's
created under Office 97 were deleted.

Is there a way to copy the Macro's from Office 97 and add
them to Office XP? Are there compatibility issues between
Office 97 Macro's and Office XP Macro's?

Where did you have the macros stored.  In the normal.dot template?

Leave at least one or two computers with Office 97. We've
found that macros we often use can't be replicated in
later versions of Office. For example, we have to prepare
text for a Web site and we created a macro to strip out
most of the HTML code. As far as we see, this can't be
done in later versions of Office.
