Is there a way for me to reverse a word?
Example: Have the word "TAKE" appear backwords so if I
hold the work up to a mirror it displays the work
correctly.

Word itself does not have that ability.  Some (especially inkjet) printers
do however have it.  If your's is such a printer, you can access that
ability by clicking on the "Properties" button for the printer in the
File>Print dialog.
