I have installed Ms Office 2000 on a Win2k Server (SP3
applied), and have added the Chinese(Traditional) to the
Input Locale of the users.

My users can type and enter Chinese(Traditional) into the
Word, but they want to translate the Traditional Chinese
to Simplified Chinese using the Word.  Is there any means
to do the translation? If so, where is the tool available
for download?
