I have a word form and when i lock the form, the links
that I put in there do not work.  What is the workaround
to this issue?

Thank you.  This allowed me to add hyperlinks but when I
send it to others the macros are not embedded.

Then you either have to put the macros in the document (which will be
defeated by macro security at most corporate installations) or try something
else. If the people who receive your form have your template installed the
macros should run.
