I searched this site but found nothing on this subject. I
hope someone can help. I have a bunch of AmiPro 3.0 files
that I want to convert to Word 2003.

I downloaded the latest conversion pack but it does not
include AmiPro files. Earlier conversion packs DID
include AmiPro but MS now says, "The Office Converter
Packs for Office 97, 2000, and XP have been retired from
the Microsoft Download Center due to the discovery of a
potential security vulnerability."

Does anyone have an idea how to solve this problem, short
of a line-by-line delete of all the formatting codes that
show up when I open the files directly into Word?

If you want to send me your email address, I can email a converter to you.

Sorry,

I am away from home at the moment and as I will not be back there until the
New Year, you should probably try and get it from someone else.
