Word 2000 does too much. How can I make it work the way my old Word 5.0a worked
for Macintosh back in the early '90s. That was perfect...all I needed. Thanks
in advance.

Hi, Farrell22.  In Word, click on Tools | AutoCorrect Options | uncheck
everything in the AutoCorrect tab, AutoFormat tab, AutoFormat As You
Type tab, and AutoText tab.
