Hi I am trying to import an HPGL file into Word 2002.  
HPGL is used to drive HP Plotters eg 7550.  Word 97 uses a
file (from the knowledge base) reference 196506 -
hpgl32.exe a self extracting filter file.  Following the
instructions given I was then able to use the Word 97 file
for XP Word 2002 and HEY IT WORKS!!!! Bless Uncle Bill!!
It allegedly works for any win32 bit applications
