Is there a program out there that will convert RTF docs to
TXT files, and allow the formatting to be maintained? (By
formatting, I mean tabs convert to spaces, headers are
included in the TXT files, etc.)

Word itself strips out all formatting when saving to TXT,
and that won't solve my requirement.

Any information would be most appreciated.
