I have a macro which is using the convertor MS-DOS text.
Now I have installed full Office 2003 with all converters
and no convertor MS-DOS text.

Is it not there anymore or can i use a different convertor
instead?

Hi Roland,

If you choose "encoded text", MS-DOS is one of the encodings offered.

It might also pay to check out "Other encodings".
You can see a preview, so it should be easy to choose a sensible encoding.

MS-DOS had lots of different code pages, and if you deal with non-US DOS
text files, you may need to determine the proper encoding by trial and
error (since the text file itself doesn't contain any information about the
code page that was used).
And "US-ASCII" may be well suited for MS-DOS files with box and line
drawings.

Regards,
Klaus
