I saved all document files to an external HDD and when I
try to retrieve them I find they all have .NCO suffix
added. The following is an example - OUTLOOK.PST became
OUTLOOK.PST.NCO.
When I try to open this and all others I get the error
message the I need to know what program created the file
and I have tried everything I can think of without
success. I need the OUTLOOK.PST file.

Sounds like a Nero Compressed file.
