Is it possible to open in Word 2003 an organizational chart (OPX
extension) created in Word 2000. If so, how? If not, can it be
converted?

Thanks in advance for the help.

Hi Christian,

If you have a Word 2000 document with an OPX (Org Chart v2)
chart in it Word 2003 may or may not convert it.
You and add the v2 OrgChart applet via a download
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/assistance/HA011402441033.aspx
or you can use the newer version of that
app from http://orgplus.com
