Saving to PDF format

Is it possible to save or export a Word doc to a PDF format file?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Word itself does not have that capability. However, with Adobe Acrobat
installed, it is possible to "print" from Word to a .pdf file.

Not by Word alone. You would need additional software which is
available from freeware (eg PDF995 or cutePDF) to the full Adobe Acrobat.
