Converting a Word document in Mailing Label format to a list in Excel

I have a large docoment containing hundreds of address
labels.
I would like to convert/copy this document to Excel and
automatically format it as a list of names,company name,
address 1, address 2 etc.
Does anyone know an easy way to do this.
