After you have used several texts field to fill-in
necessary values in a document, is there a way to then
convert all the text fields to normal text before you pass
it along to someone else?

Thanks,
Keith

To convert a field into normal text (called Unlinking), select it, and press
Ctrl+Shift+F9. You could try pressing Ctrl+A (select all), then
Ctrl+Shift+F9. But, make sure you save a copy of the document first, just in
case something goes astray, or if you decide you need the field code version
of the document again.
