Yes, it is possible to replace one text font with another
throughout a document. You could accomplish it with a couple
of methods.
1. You could use Format=>Style and change the font used
by the style that is being used in your document.
2. You can use Edit=>Replace=>[More]=>[Format] to
choose the 'from' and 'to' fonts as the only 'replace all'
criteria.

Hi Emilija,
And if you want to replace a font because you don't have it, the simplest
thing is to choose a replacement font in "Tools > Options > Compatibility >
Font substitution".
The replacement font will be used automatically everywhere (in all
styles...) and in any other documents with the missing font that you're
going to open in the future.
