Can any one help!

Im using the save as method to save the document as HTML
"OLE1.object.SaveAs p_strFileName, 8"
it works fine with Office XP and Office 2000 Premium.

but i need that to implement in Office 97. its not working
with this. can any one help in this regard..

Check the file default numbers.  They might not be the same.

Also I believe that MSFT changed their VBA slightly between 97
and 2000 ... thge command might not be exactly the same (old 97
stuff works in 2000, but the reverse is not always true).
