MS Office Forum / Word / Document Management / March 2008Word unexpectedly closes - normal.dot
I get tired of deleting ~normal.dot (routine after "changes have been made to Global template...want to save?" - No, Cancel, close) but Word 2003 SP-1 still closes several times a day - only using Trusted Macros - Stamps.com and ScanSoft pdf converter. is there a way to keep it from closing  SignatureRespectfully, Roger Howland RogerH@theJobDr.com.(noSPAM) The stamps.com add-in is notorious for conflicts with Word. Is there a work around, I really do like how the rest of Stamp.com integrates so well with Word and Outlook - I would hate to "throw out the soap with the bathwater...or was there a baby in there somewhere" Or not worth the trouble?
