How to translate from english to malay?

I need to translate a few pages of english document to malay language,
and i'm not sure where to get the malay dictionary inorder for me to install
in MS OfficeXP.

A malay dictionary installed in Office would not translate for you anyhow.

Word doesn't translate text. There are translation sites on the web, but
computer translation is not usually very good. If this is an important
document, hire somebody.
