Is it possible to include shortcut keys inside a macro?

I want a macro that will convert all my field codes to text (which is the
key combination CTRL+SHIFT+F9), however when I record a macro and press this
key combination it is not saved in my macro.

Any ides?

When I record it, I get ..

   Selection.Fields.Unlink

However, if you have no fields selected at the time, it has no effect and
nothing is recorded.
