I typed an 8 pg list in Word of Birthdays and need to occasionally add to and
take away.   I did not organize it for changes and wondered if this document
can be converted to organized rows, where date, name & apartment number can
be altered without retypeing.  Iam a senior and new in computereze.  Pls help!

Have you tried Table | Convert | Text to Table? You must have a consistent
number of tab characters in each line/paragraph, so if you have used
multiple tab characters to place text at the default built-in tab stops,
you'll first need to prepare your document for conversion. Set explicit tab
stops (using the ruler or the Tabs dialog) only where your columns are and
then replace ^t^t with ^t until you get 0 replacements.
