Printing out 1/8

One of the girls here is experiencing a problem printing out "1/8". It looks
fine on the screen, but when she goes to print it out, it prints out a
question mark "?". This is the only thing it does it on. Could someone help
us out?

Perhaps you're using a printer font, and that character is not in the
printer's character set. Change the settings to download the font instead.
