Hi, I have a technical document which is a mixture of English, formatted in
various style, and Java code which always appears in a style I've created
myself called "Code".

I only want to spell-check the areas of the document which are not in the
Code style.

Is this possible?

Thanks
Matt

Matt,

Yes.  Modify the "Code" style definition to exclude spell checking and
grammar.

Using Word2000 that would be Format>Style>Modify>Format>Language "Do
not check spelling or grammar"

That's fantastic Greg- you are a gentleman and a scholar!
