I'm creating a form, and in the old Word Perfect days there was a way to
enter a line that would automatically end at the right margin. Below is an
example of what I'm trying to do. So far I can only do it manually as "line
draw" is a little to wonky to work accurately. If anyone can help I'd be
grateful! Thank you.

Insert a right tab, with underscore leader, at the right margin.

Insert a right-aligned tab stop at the right margin. After the last
character in the line, insert a tab character and format it as
underlined.
