Sometimes I can only type in capital letters and no matter what I do it won't
stop.
The caps lock has not been inadvertently pressed.
I have not inadvertently pressed ctrl+shift+A.
My stickykeys is not on.
This happens a lot. Someone needs to look into this...

What is the definition of the default font in the Normal Style? Is it set
to All Capitals?
Does this only happen in Word? If not, it is not a Word problem.

All documents or just one? All fonts or just one? Have you tried a different
