I have a new laptop. On Word documents, brackets show up at the top and
bottom of either a blank page or an existing document. Does anyone know how
to get rid of these as they also print out. I have used word for years and
have never seen this before.

Thanks

It is nothing to do with the laptop - "Margin marks or crop marks appear on
each corner of the page when you
open a document in Word 2002 or in Word 2003"
