I have no idea what I've done but everytime I go to delete a file in works,
it gets copied.  I have the same file copied 24 times.  I was trying to back
up my hard drive and ended up with copied files.  I've deleted thema and they
show back up.  What can I do to fix this?  Please tell me there's a backup
button and I can turn off and that I don't have a virus.

Hi...

I have read your problem... I think your MSWORD... There is a tick mark for
Always create a backup copy, which will be in Tools Menu ----> Options ---->
save leaf ----> Always create a backup copy...

Please try to remove that.  I think with this you may rectify your problem.

Thanks,
Pavan

Hi!  I'm in Works and when I go to the tools, option, it only gives me one
screen, not the 8 that Word gives.  I can't figure out how to turn it off in
Works, I'm about to sling myself off a bridge (joking, but man is this
irritating.  The other guy Graham said that there is a works forum, do you
know how to get there.  I'm bad with this computer junk.  Thanks for your
help!!

This forum is for Word. Works has its own forum.
How are you deleting files? If you select them then move the cursor and
release they will be copied into the same folder. Select then press the
delete button.
