how can I add a built-in phrase in the watermark?

I want to be able to select my own watermark.  Right now I am typing in the
same phrase each time.

Create the watermark and save it as an AutoText entry in the Header or
Footer style, and you will then be able to insert it from the AutoText menu
on the Header and Footer toolbar.
