Hi KIJ,

Q: How can you cut and paste data from an excel spread sheet into a Word document?
A: Try Copy & Paste. There's really nothing special about it, though if you look at Edit Paste|Special in Word after copying, you'll
see a number of options for how you can paste the data.
Q: After I accomplish that how can I convert the finished product to a PDF file?
A: With Word 2007, use the PDF converter available from Microsoft. For earlier versions, you'll need a PDF distiller, for example:
Adobe Acrobat Distiller (not the free reader), JAWS PDF Creator, MULP21PDF, GhostScript, PDF995, RoboPDF, FreePDF, Serif PagePlus,
Win2PDF, Go2PDF.

Cheers
