A previous emlployee has set up a label list of 300 pages on avery 8160 label
format and I need to change the same list to avery 4160 label format.  There
is not database.  Can this be done without cutting and pasting?

After you follow Suzanne/Graham's instructions, find the previous employee
and shoot him/her.  ;-)

(I had done the same thing several years ago and found Graham's directions
quite helpful as my mail merge skills developed.)
