Anyone have template to use for med transcription w/Expres Scribe

I'm new and see that you can use a template with Express Scribe. Anyone
already have one. I would like one. Thanks

Instructions for setting up/using templates with ExpressScribe are in
the Help file.  Look at the Settings/Other options.
