Hi usamaadawi,

If you have an English language edition of MS Office 2007 and want to change the menus to Arabic and have Arabic proofing tools you
can purchase the Single Language Pack for that language
  http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/help/HA100910041033.aspx
or add all 37 available languages by purchasing the Office 2007 Multi-Language Pack from a retailer.

Settings for machine translation via an online service is available  through the Research Pane:

 Review tab=>Research=>Research Options=>Translation=>Properties[Options]

To translate documents that would be used in business you may want to use a translation service.

Once you have enabled the English(U.S.)/Arabic(Saudi Arabia) and
Arabic(Saudi Arabia)/English(U.S.) pairs then in your document, select the text you wish to be machine translated and either right
click and choose 'Translate' or use Review=>Translate on the ribbon or use the Research pane and choose 'Translation' from the drop
down list.
