Hi all,
I have a template with some fill-in fields, some of which will be left blank
sometimes (nothing typed into the fill-in box for that field).

How can I have word automatically delete the line a field is on if the field
is left blank/zero length?

Thanks,
CW

This is not possible, as far as I know. If you explained the situation a bit
more in detail, perhaps someone could offer a different solution.

Hi I have the same problem, for me it is customer addresses from a mail merge
some have 5 lines some have less and I need to close up the gap between them
when they are blank
