Dear all,

I have a problem when using the Microsoft Word.  When my colleague is
modifing a document on the network.  After that, when I try to open the
document.  The MS Word said "The document is opening by another user".  
Around few months ago, when I openned a document on the network and that's
opened by others.  The MS Word shown "The document is opening by ****" (****
= the Name in the user information of MS Word).  So is there anyone know why
my MS word only show "another user" instead of user name?  Thanks a lot.
