How do I edit Auto Complete?

I used to start typing a word that I had programed into Auto Text and the
word would pop up and if I hit enter (like it still does using months and
Auto Complete) it would enter the word.

Word 2007 doesn't have AutoComplete. You have to type the first few letters
and press F3.
